Maintain tools, test equipment, and assigned service assets in proper working condition.
Communicate effectively with site personnel and corporate team members, and follow established escalation protocols to report safety concerns, equipment issues, abnormal conditions, or schedule impacts in a timely and professional manner.
Support commissioning activities and retrofit work as required, including assisting with equipment installation verification, system modifications, testing support, and post-implementation validation in accordance with approved procedures.
Maintain custody and accountability for site-level spare parts, tools, and consumables, including proper storage, identification, usage tracking, and coordination of replenishment requests in accordance with HyperStrong procedures.

Works with new schools and training programs to ensure that all affiliation agreements and insurance are up to date and reviewed by senior staff for each participating organization.
Support the project management of current education programs to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsible to ensure that TB, Immunization Records, background checks, OIG and drug screen results are received from school or student prior to the beginning of their rotation.
Provide support for new educational initiatives and assist with the implementation of these programs in collaboration with other departments.

Coordinate orientation and training with HR and IT as necessary for all students and trainees, including assuring their equipment is ready prior to his/her rotation and is returned to GVHC upon completion of their rotations.

Physical Demands

Must be able to hear staff on the phone and those who are served in-person, and speak clearly in order to communicate information to clients and staff.

Minimum Qualifications

Duties
* Deliver technical support for AHS onboard hardware and software, including Mobius and related systems
* Integrate AHS-specific processes and procedures into the Mobile Maintenance function
* Facilitate hands-on training for maintenance personnel, enhancing safety and proficiency within the Autonomous Operating Zone (AOZ)
* Collaborate with OEMs, Technology teams, and Mining Operations to resolve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
* Monitor AHS performance, identifying risks and opportunities for optimisation
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards, including pre-start checks and control verifications
* Contribute to risk assessments, investigations, and the development of safe work instructions
Skills and Experience
* Prior experience with Epiroc highly regarded
* Strong background in mobile equipment maintenance in a large-scale mining environment
