* Manage Supplier Performance metrics for the sites, ie. Clinic Metrics, Management Reviews, Corrective Action Board, Non-Negotiables, present current status to leadership team and recovery efforts.

* Liaison with Global Operations Supplier Quality Lead on Metrics, Zero Defect Plan or Zero-Defect Planning, Corrective Action Board, urgent needs/feedback from sites and supplier issues impacting multiple sites.

* Project Manage Investigation, and Recovery efforts for customer corrective action requests related to supplier escapes.

* Support Global Operations Strategy - semiannual and annual reviews with to ensure proper Risk Mitigation activities are in place for High Pain or High-Risk suppliers - be a voice in Supplier Development Prioritization Matrix, Design Quality Representative and Audit planning.

The Technology Manager, Enterprise Operations will support technology management activities across Operations and Quality Global Trade.
