* Supports the day-to-day efforts related to assessing whether assigned areas are in compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and policies and that control mechanisms are being deployed as expected.

* Under moderate supervision, assists with the monitoring and reporting of established controls and the implementation of new control procedures in response to regulatory changes or compliance issues.

* May begin to suggest changes to improve work processes with moderate guidance, researches and collects data on compliance and control-related activities.
* Compiles data into a useable format for more senior team members.

BAE is seeking a motivated and positive Evidence Technician to be responsible for control, security, accessibility, and timeliness of Program documents, such as policies, procedures, guidelines, forms, templates, and training materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Candidates applying for this position will be responsible for implementing and administering enterprise-wide document management systems. Candidates will ensures that pre-established document control requirements are satisfactorily met throughout the duration of the project. Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, transmittals and other reports as required. Keeps up to date on department technologies, techniques and services relevant to area of responsibility. Responds to changing technology environment and participates in decision making activities relating to area of responsibility. Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements. Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents. Verifies retention requirements, arranges document cataloging, packing, and long-term storage or disposal of appropriate documents at time of closeout. Manages scheduled destruction of archived documents according to company and/or Client guidelines; provides assistance with document retrieval.
Candidates will work with the team to develop and improve documentation and records management services



Required Skills and Education



This position requires the successful candidate have an active Secret or Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. + Conducts surveys and services accounts by identifying and evaluating hazards and controls pertaining to all lines of coverage.
