Position Description: The primary responsibility of a Ice Cream Specialist at United Dairy Farmers is to provide outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience. The Ice Cream Specialist primary responsibility is for making hand-dipped, cones, shakes, malts as well as food service items for Guests.
