Key Responsibilities Vehicle Receiving & Release Receive incoming vehicles and verify VINs, condition, and paperwork. Release completed vehicles to transporters or customers following proper procedures. Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately for vehicle intake and release. Vehicle Tracking & Lot Organization Stock vehicles into internal systems upon arrival and update location/status accurately. Park vehicles in designated staging areas according to production, service, or shipping needs. Maintain clear traffic lanes, fire lanes, and safe access throughout the lot. Keep the lot organized, clean, and clearly marked at all times. Vehicle Movement & Staging Pull vehicles for production or service according to daily schedules. Stage vehicles appropriately for upfitting, service, inspection, or delivery. Coordinate vehicle movement with Production, Service, and Shipping teams. Vehicle Exercising & Basic Mechanical Care Regularly start and exercise vehicles to maintain battery charge and fuel system health.     Job Description Lot Attendant We currently have an immediate opening for a full-time lot attendant. We are looking for a motivated, hard working person to help with the day to day operations at our dealership. Primarily, you will be assisting in the process of the inner workings of a dealership: Moving cars, washing cars, straightening the lot, keeping the lot maintained properly and looking great. Responsibilities Washes, waxes, and buffs vehicles, dressing wheels and tires Vacuums interiors and trunks Cleans all glass components thoroughly Inspects and cleans engine compartment Operates car wash where available Follows the quality control checklist; includes list of everything done prior to client pick-up Attends weekly department meetings Other duties as assigned by management Compensation $13.00 per hour Physical Requirements/Working Conditions Occasional exposure to inclement weather Ability to operate an automobile Prolonged periods of standing, stooping and bending Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects Requires a significant amount of walking and/or standing. May also require working in the seated position for long periods while operating controls with arms and legs. This position may also require working at a production pace while pushing and/or pulling materials from place to place.
