Working at Loudoun Water

It was great communication and working environment. People came to work happy and everybody did what needed to be done to complete daily job duties complete through the day. People got along with each other and completed the job and Management was easy to talk and get along with if you had needed supplies or communicate about a job that wasn’t going or perform right they will be there to handle help the situation at the end of the day ,Work force was finish It was great leave to go home. And also happy to return back to work next day.

Over the years things changed new people came in new management new directors overall things begin to be turning bad to worse, but you try to attend and do the best you can do, but it just wasn’t good enough.

CEO back years ago, gave recognition and rewards and recognize the people and had luncheons for the employees and cared about their staff.

Loudoun waters would be a greater place if they have mixture of different races working on the site.
