Environment for Manufacturing Machine Operator:
This position is in our Wyoming location focused on metals. The manufacturing machine operator will be working with multiple balers to bale metals. It is often loud instead the plant due to machinery. PPE is required such as hard hat, safety glasses, high vis, steel toed shoes, and gloves when needed. This role is inside all day in a plant that is hard to regulate the temperature (it can be hot or cold depending on weather outside).

The Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for safely operating equipment such as hi-lo, loader, forklift, sweeper and/or small loader to assist in loading, unloading, grading, inspecting, buying and transportation of materials.
Mechanical experience is a plus as the machines do break down and it is helpful to do what we can without calling maintenance.
Distinguish between numerous grades and types of materials using basic identification tests according to company standards
Perform required bore, during and after-operation user maintenance
Monitor equipment, troubleshoot and/or notify management of any malfunctions that occur
Maintain and protect all property entrusted to you in excellent condition
Prepare various documents and reports
Troubleshoot and mechanical diagnosis to identify repair needs such as motors, gearboxes, augers, pulleys, conveyors, and more.
Prepare and complete required paperwork
