Advancement in the company completley depends on favoritism regardless of one's own capabilities. Good employees stagnate while others with poor work ethics advance. Management is deplorable. Many capable people are forced to leave. Pay is considerably less than similar employers in the industry. Poor work life balance. Not worth the effort.
