Keith E. Smith is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Boyd Gaming Corporation. He has been President and a director of the Company since April 2005, and he has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. Keith Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from October 2001 through December 2007, and prior to being appointed President, Keith Smith had served as the Company’s Executive Vice President since May 1998. Keith Smith joined the Company in September 1990, serving in various controllership positions, the last of which was Senior Vice President and Controller. In 2005, Keith Smith was appointed to the Board of the Nevada Resort Association and served as Chairman from December 2008 until December 2012.
