Keith E. Smith is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Boyd Gaming Corporation. He has been President and a director of the Company since April 2005, and he has served as Chief Executive Officer since January 2008. Keith Smith served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company from October 2001 through December 2007, and prior to being appointed President, Keith Smith had served as the Company’s Executive Vice President since May 1998.
