Responsibilities Adhere to all client rights, including confidentiality Display appropriate ethical boundaries with consumers at all times Behave in a professional and courteous manner with co-workers, supervisory staff, community members, as well as consumers and their families Meet all applicable Mark Twain Behavioral Health standards; as well as, state and CARF regulations Document various client related activities in a timely manner ensuring documentation is well written, professional, and accurate Conduct intake/discharge process for persons entering/leaving the MTBH Recovery programs Orient consumers to the program they are entering Conduct assessments for consumers admitted to Withdrawal Management and Crisis Stabilization programs Monitor and document in consumer records in accordance with tasks performed or behavior observed while engaged in an agency activity or on agency property to ensure compliance with program and agency rules Monitor vital signs of consumers receiving services in accordance with the Policies and Procedures of Mark Twain Behavioral Health Collect and monitor the Consumer's samples for Urine Analysis testing Report to the Recovery Technician Supervisor when rules are broken Monitor Consumers during structured activities within the community and on MTBH property Conduct educational groups as assigned utilizing mandatory billing regulations such as real-time billing.
