Eli Rubin is Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of Proud Moments ABA, the leading provider of ABA therapy services for children diagnosed on the autism spectrum in the northeastern United States. Eli is a dedicated philanthropist in the New York area and abroad, with a special focus on educational and social service programs. He holds a Masters’ degree in Talmudic law from The Rabbinical College of America.
