Representative will also be responsible for contacting courts for final dispositions to help aid in the challenges. The representative will also be responsible for creating Data Reviews for large and small fleets to help maintain their safety score. This critical role is responsible for the design, planning, management, and maintenance of retail technology systems and applications that drive business continuity and innovation. **Job Functions:** + Design, document, and implement procedures for system maintenance, upgrades, and operational handoffs. + Ensure system availability, scalability, and performance through capacity planning and AI-driven predictive analytics. + Maintain compliance with IT standards including configuration management, disaster recovery, security, and high availability. + Leverage AI-powered tools for monitoring, diagnostics, and automation to enhance reliability and efficiency. + Develop intelligent workflows and automation scripts to reduce manual effort and accelerate issue resolution. + Apply AI-enhanced SQL and database management techniques for performance tuning and system optimization. + Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to deliver integrated solutions aligned with business goals. + Serve as a subject matter expert for store technology, understanding system interdependencies and their impact on retail operations. + Provide after-hours support and technical leadership, including training support staff and presenting recommendations to management. + Research and recommend emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve performance, security, and cost-effectiveness. + Use AI-based reporting tools to establish performance metrics and enable data-driven decision-making. + Contribute to budgeting and resource planning with AI-assisted forecasting and cost modeling. + Support broader team and enterprise initiatives beyond core responsibilities, demonstrating proactive engagement and leadership. **Experience and Qualifications** + 6+ years in enterprise systems administration. + 5+ years implementing virtual systems + 3+ years working with automation/scripting languages -e.g., Net Commands, Batch, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript **Hard Skills** + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server versions 2016, 2019, and 2022 preferred. + Working knowledge of server-class hardware, including both traditional and hyperconverged platforms + Knowledge in working with API integration and troubleshooting. **Soft Skills** + Exceptional customer service skills + Interpersonal and relationship-building skills + Strong communication and collaboration skills + Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail + Self-motivated and directed, with ability to effectively prioritize and execute under minimal supervision + Comfortable working in a team oriented/collaborative environment + Able to translate complicated systems and processes and relay effectively to a non-technical audience. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field typically required **WORK ENVIRONMENT** + Prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping + Eye strain (screen use) + Manual dexterity sufficient to operate a computer keyboard and calculator + Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds + Requires normal range of hearing and vision + Additional hours may be necessary. **Our Culture:** Fueling customers' journeys since 1964, innovation leads the way for this family-owned and operated business headquartered in Oklahoma City.
