The Regional Perishable OperationsManager will report directly to the Sr Director of Perishables. This multi-unit field leadership role is responsible for overseeing and driving a high level of execution and operational excellence within a network of clubs. This individual will have financial accountability for the clubs they oversee. Key Responsibilities:
Executional Excellence:
Collaborate closely with the Sr. Director of Perishables to ensure the seamless execution of merchandising programs, marketing campaigns, and product flows across all club locations.

Qualifications:

Responsible for supporting OMNI business operations in BJ's Clubs. Ensure that locations are delivering excellent Member service relative to Omni offerings and meeting all SLA's consistently.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
5 to 7 years of management experience in a retail environment with 3+ years in a general/operationsmanager or lead role. Preferably in the Omni space.
Experienced and comfortable with technology.
Strong business acumen and operational knowledge required. Six sigma certification preferred.
Strong coaching and mentoring skills required, along with good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.
