About the Job:
The Open Pit Surveyor is responsible for providing a high-level of accurate surveying and sampling to the Mining Group as part of the open pit mining operation as well as performing other duties as assigned.

Taking field measurements using GPS survey equipment and bringing information back to the office computer
Staking engineering designs from the office computer to the field using GPS survey equipment

Troubleshoot, repair, recondition, and service Caterpillar and other Empire allied machines, systems, and power train components in a shop environment. Troubleshoot; diagnose malfunctions and failures of machines electrical, hydraulic, and power train components. What is an Occupancy Verification?
Mortgage lenders require periodic updates on their properties and to do this they send out independent contractors. The purpose of the property inspection is:
To verify property occupancy.
To report on the general condition of the property using a mobile application.
Most inspections are exterior only. About 10% require interior photos after the property has gone vacant.
We contract with inspectors at a county level. This means that you would be responsible to complete all inspections in your county. In some cases, you will split the county with another inspector if there is enough volume for two inspectors.
Responsibilities
Most common type of inspection should only take 5-6 minutes.
Complete the inspection within 4 days after it is assigned.
Report general property conditions and make a determination of occupancy based on industry standards.
Take 9+ photos of the property with brief comments.
Complete a short form in an app.
Requires being able to spend extended periods of time driving while making numerous stops during the day in the assigned territory.

Depending on a county and if it is urban or rural you will complete anywhere from 20-500 inspections per month working 2-30 hours per week. Lower volume counties have higher rates and higher volume counties have lower rates. There is no set amount of inspections per month, but the work is consistent month-to-month.
Earn more as you become established, have greater availability to inspect or are willing to cover a larger territory.

Coeur Rochester, a subsidiary of Coeur Mining, Inc., is seeking a Senior Mine Geologist for its open pit Rochester Silver-Gold Mine, located northeast of Lovelock, Nevada. (Member of the Profession): Accountable for the ethical, legal and professional responsibilities related to nursing practice across the roles of member of the profession, provider, advocate, manager and educator.
(Provider): Helps the patient/family group to identify and meet basic health needs using identified standards of practice based on the nursing process. The Registered Nurse coordinates care using an interdisciplinary holistic approach.
(Advocate): Promotes a climate in which residents/patients and their families may act in their own interest, and intervenes when residents/patients and/or families are unable to act in their own best interest.
(Educator): Identifies and takes the initiative in expanding own knowledge base and the knowledge base of cohorts.
(Charge Nurse): If RN is designated as Charge Nurse during their shift, in accordance with Pershing General Hospital House Supervisor Policy and Procedure; ED RN shall assume responsibility of the hospital in totality as the House Supervisor, which includes decision making with other departments in absence of their immediate supervisors and personnel assignments. The ED Charge Nurse will assign all personnel in the Acute Care and Emergency Room and will direct and/or assist the Nursing Home Charge Nurse as required, as a team effort. The Nursing Home Charge Nurse will be responsible for the residents and their care along with making personnel assignments to ensure appropriate care in absence of the administrative nursing personnel (LTC Director and/or Chief Nursing Officer).
(Preceptor): Serves as a preceptor and role model for new staff members.
(Quality): Participates in and demonstrates understanding of Quality Improvement/Quality Assurance in the organization.
