About the Job:
Coeur Rochester is seeking a Document Control Specialist to join the team. This position is based at the mine site, approximately 25 miles from Lovelock, NV. The Document Control Specialist is responsible for coordinating the activities of document control for capital projects, including distributing and reviewing documents, filing, maintenance, and inventory of hardcopy and electronic files and tracking, and reporting on document review progress. They will also help administer the project controls, contract administration, and AFE processes, and other duties as assigned.

About the Job:
Responsible for coordinating execution of Planned maintenance projects and major repairs to minimize mean time to repair (MTTR) and support availability targets set in by the site Production guidance. Responsible for coordination of emergent work that takes place outside of the normal planning and scheduling process. Assists in the development and implementation of maintenance related continuous reliability improvement activities. Supports root cause failure analysis; and implements remediation action as needed.
Responsibilities:
Enforce adherence and compliance to weekly and monthly PM schedules.
Promote timely, efficient, and effective execution of the PM services. Responsible for oversight and monitoring of scheduled major repair outages (PCR's) and similar projects. Works closely with shift supervisors and contractors to identify and manage bottlenecks, functional capability gaps and constraints with these projects to ensure that actions are in place to deliver results consistent with the department dashboard key performance indicators (KPI) metrics.
Recommend and implement changes as needed to ensure continuous improvement in the areas of project execution and efficient work practices.
Responsible for ensuring Maintenance team is equipped with required critical spares, workforce, and logistics for a successful execution of work.
Be highly involved with crew lineouts, to include running effective safety meetings, delivering daily work plans, ensuring quality work is being performed, as well as compliance to work plan.
Ensure employee development by recognizing employee strengths and weaknesses, be highly involved in identifying technical training needs and working closely with the mobile maintenance training department assisting with employee upwards progression through continuous improvement opportunities, to include Front-line Supervisors.
Be highly involved in both employee recognition as well as disciplinary actions.
Be highly involved in setting the priorities for the weekly planned maintenance schedule, work closely with the Mine Operations team to ensure equipment needs are being met collaboratively and that availability goals are met.
Coordinate the defined troubleshooting strategy with both company and contract labor technicians, ensure world class standards for preventative maintenance practices are being followed and improved upon on a regular basis.
Review and manage all staffing and skill levels to meet performance goals. Manage outside service requirements including vendor/contractor safety, costs/quality of services.
Participate in the preparation of the annual Mobile Equipment Maintenance Department budget and continually manage all costs vs. budget to remain within monthly and annual budget objectives.
Work closely with the Mobile Maintenance Planning Department to ensure all major and minor components are documented internally and staged for core credit returns or rebuilds.
Work closely and continuously monitors warehouse inventory for slow moving items, while recommending the correct inventory is updated on a regular basis.
Direct the coordination of workplace inspections to identify conditions or practices that have safety concerns and the potential for equipment down time. Correct substandard conditions and practices to minimize employee accidents, property, and environmental damage.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
10+ years of progressive experience in the mining industry.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferred, or a substantial technical background in surface mobile maintenance equipment.
Proven experience in surface mobile mining equipment.
5+ years Planning and scheduling knowledge using CMMS program. Oracle R12 preferred.
Working knowledge of Microsoft WORD, PowerPoint, and Excel computer programs.
Thorough understanding of standard maintenance and operational procedures, utilizing best practice work management and be able to complete tasks with guidelines stipulated by Coeur safety and environmental policies.
Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
Ability to work collaboratively and use teamwork to solve problems.
Must have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.

The individual must be able to work on their own within correctional facilities across the assign region while interacting with customers, employees, and partners daily. The candidate will maintain a high level of ongoing effective communication with correctional facility personnel to assure quality customer service is being provided to all customers and issues are being resolved in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver services in a timely and effective manner to ensure optimal system performance resulting in highly satisfied customers.
Troubleshooting, correcting, and servicing issues with inmate communication systems within four (4) hours of notification of service request or system failure.
Maintain, and repair, the onsite inmate technology hardware, networking hardware/software, access points, various electronic equipment, and wiring at all assigned correctional facilities.
Process staff requests for Account suspensions, staff, friends & family requests for blocks and unblocks, inmate requests for Telephone ID, reset Voice Recognition
Perform system checks daily to ensure all phones are in working condition
Perform or schedule a full PMI/Maintenance on all inmate related telephones and equipment related to the ITS monthly or as directed by the customer.
Open and Close tickets tracking all PMI, Maintenance and Service work.
Report system outages and other trouble ticket conditions promptly. Conduct follow-up and confirm subsequent ticket closure.
Support the facilities staff in all requests for reports, investigations, data information or updates, and telephone/ system trouble reports
Participate in weekly communication calls on account issues. Create weekly reports of all requests, service tickets, and issues resolved related to the ITS and assist with investigations, documentations, and recordings
Document the preventive maintenance process within two (2) business days of each preventative maintenance inspection. Maintain and track weekly results. Complete log detailing the inspection of all inmate and visitation telephones and related equipment, all repairs and/or replacement of nonworking or damaged equipment or software, and any other work performed.
Promptly escalate any work requests or activities outside of the scope of the Site Administrator Technician ability. Requests should be escalated to ShawnTech Account Manager.
Identifying, repairing, replacing, and resolving operational inmate call system grievances, questions, and problems
Addressing basic telephone repair and maintenance needs of the facility
Meeting all service requirements put forth by the customer contract

Job Summary:
* Provides services requiring substantial and specialized nursing skill, in accordance with the plan of care.
* Caseloads will vary from approximately 12-18 patients, depending on issues such as complexity of patient/family needs, geography, and home-based versus facility-based patients;
* Demonstrates competency in all skills required for the agency, including, but not limited to pain management, symptom control, infusion therapy, infusion therapy device care, wound care and aseptic technique;
* Demonstrates critical thinking, analysis and clinical judgment in the care of patients and families facing terminal illness;
* Addresses the physical, emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual needs of the patient and family/caregiver;
* Makes referrals to other disciplines as needed;
* Coordinates the total Plan of Care and maintains continuity of patient care by liaising with other health professionals assigned to the same patients;
* Attends all interdisciplinary group meetings;
* Initiates patient care conferences for complex patients whenever needed;
* Includes the patient/family in implementation of the patient care plan;
* Evaluates and routinely re-evaluates the nursing needs of the patient, and makes necessary revisions to the patient's Plan of Care as needed;
* Educates the patient and family/caregiver on their rights and responsibilities as a Hospice patient;
* Communicates with the patient's Attending Physician and the Hospice Medical Director keeping them informed of changes in condition;
* The Hospice Registered Nurse is a Case Manager of the patient's care and ensures that resources are utilized in an equitable and beneficial manner to meet needs;
* The RN Case Manager manages the patient's care from admission through discharge and coordinates with interdisciplinary team on bereavement.
Education/Experience Requirements:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Current licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
* Experience as an RN with one of the following preferred:
* One year of experience in an acute-care setting within the last 24 months;
* One year Home Health care experience within the last 24 months;
* One year community health or public health experience within the last 24 months;
* One year Hospice experience within the last 24 months.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Proof of automobile insurance (MVR checked)
* Proof of current CPR certification
* Able to pass criminal background check and national sex offender clearance
* Must have proof of up to date COVID vaccine, or submit an exemption request to be reviewed/approved prior to hire
