I like helping customers protect themselves and their products by offering Extended Protection Plans for qualifying products at the Point Of Sale.
I don't like the low-income potential with little belief in investing in talent & growth beyond applying for a manager-level job.
My favorite perk / benefit is the "Employee Drink Discount."
Sales reps are great, good product options
Pay/schedule. No work life balance and no commission
Independence with the right management
Clean environment, friendly people, products, autonomy
Computer systems in store are a bit behind, under staffed
10% employee discount
Nice Atmosphere, picking and distributing product to different stores and friendly co-workers
Favoritism
My work hours
I was able to get experience of different departments , and to receive knowledge regarding tools and certain products .
The only disagreement i have is with the management and pay
My favorite benefit at Lowe’s is the flexible hours
I really enjoyed learning the purpose of so many different products and helping customers find what would work for their projects.
I was frustrated with how limited my responsibilities were. I felt that my skills and experience were under valued many times.
Because I was in an area of the business where I would deal with a lot of the same customers on a daily basis I was able to learn their names and make friends with customers.
Career opportunites
Position ended
Employee discounts, phone, vacations, products.
Nothing
Management is useless Associates come and go through a rotating door due to mismanagement product is hard to get ahold of no way to hold manufacturers accountable for their mistakes
