Key Responsibilities Partner with Supply Chain leadership team to create visibility and ownership around safety, environmental and asset protection related initiatives to drive a culture of health and safety throughout the facility Plan and conduct periodic audits, inspections and walkthroughs of assigned facilities to validate compliance to company standards and local, state, and federal agency regulations including OSHA, EPA, and DOT Manage 3rd party security guard services and performance expectations for all locations of responsibility. The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. **Your Impact** The focus of the maintenance team is to keep equipment in the RDC fully operational. The RDC Maintenance Mechanic I is a knowledgeable repair person with exposure to and experience with RDC systems and building components. The Maintenance Mechanic I has specialist knowledge and complex repair capability in one of the following areas: conveyors, rolling stock, or building. In addition, the individual in this role has general knowledge and basic repair capability in the other two areas outside his/her specialty. In all instances, the Maintenance Mechanic I has sufficient electrical and mechanical knowledge to safely and independently repair equipment in the RDC. The Maintenance Mechanic I is able to integrate his/her trade skills, classroom knowledge, and systems experience to recognize and diagnose equipment issues, determine the type of repair needed, prioritize and plan the work, obtain or order the appropriate spare parts, and execute the repair. The Sales Floor Department Supervisor works with his/her leaders to identify approaches and behaviors that best meet sales and service objectives, then communicates those best practices to the team in a way that inspires engaging, customer-focused behavior and goal attainment. Further, the Sales Floor Department Supervisor must supervise associates in other departments, as needed, to meet the demands of the store. This requires broad product knowledge and the ability to engage associates and customers across departments. It is important that this associate communicate upward to keep management informed of concerns, issues, praises, and morale. In addition to the responsibilities summarized above, individuals in this role may occasionally open or close the store or serve as manager-on-duty (MOD). What You Need To Succeed Minimum Qualifications • High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 years of experience in a retail environment OR 5 years of experience in a retail environment. • 1 year of experience in customer service. • 1 year of experience supporting the unique needs of Pro customers (for Pro Department Supervisor). • Experience providing direction or supervision to teams (with or without direct report responsibility). • Experience supporting or participating in the process of training, mentoring and developing associates. • Experience working cross-functionally. • Experience Using Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.
