As a supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring your teams regularly follow proper policies, regulations, and safety procedures. Associates must follow guidelines, limiting single lifts to 70 pounds. Team lifts are used minimally starting at 70 pounds or when needed. Powered equipment should be used as required, with proper training or assistance from a trained coworker.
