JOB SUMMARY The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls from patients and accurately schedule their appointments or manage their request while ensuring a high level of customer service and confidentiality while maximizing productivity. The representative is also responsible for accurate and timely handling of work assignments received from multiple electronic platforms while establishing and maintaining good interpersonal relationships with patients, their families, the public, and co-workers. This position works collaboratively with interdepartmental staff to assist the patient and facilitate successful patient interaction with the practice team. This position reflects and carries forward the practice's mission and goals internally and throughout the community ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: RESPONSIBILITY 1. Working hours are Monday - Friday with occasional Saturday morning coverage. Position Summary We are seeking a dedicated and mission-aligned Pediatrician to join our integrated care team. The Pediatrician will provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care to infants, children, and adolescents in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to impact community health meaningfully while working alongside a team committed to equity, excellence, and compassion. Key Responsibilities Provide well-child care, routine health screenings, developmental assessments, and immunizations. Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, infections, and chronic conditions. Partner with behavioral health, dental, and care coordination teams to address the holistic needs of pediatric patients. Educate patients and families on nutrition, growth and development, disease prevention, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) according to LLCHC policies and federal regulations. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and community outreach efforts as needed. Adhere to all FQHC standards, HIPAA requirements, and OSHA guidelines. Supervise and collaborate with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants as appropriate. Participate in after-hours on-call rotation (shared among pediatric providers). The physician will promote the health center to the community at large. The physician will manage their time efficiently and collaborate with the leadership team to support the center's long-term sustainability and impact. Leadership & Collaboration Help co-lead-and eventually lead-our Pediatrics Committee Meetings, shaping how we care for children and families across the organization. Build and maintain relationships with community pediatric partners. Support and mentor fellow providers who have less pediatric experience, sharing knowledge and building confidence across the care team. JOB DUTIES The Practice Manager provides leadership and direct site management for day-to-day operations within LLCHC locations. This includes ensuring adequate and thoroughly trained staffing, process and procedure adherence, and monitoring of and adherence to quality metrics to support the sites(s). Hands-on engagement with identified improvement initiatives will be critical. Daily attention to the assigned site(s)' exterior and interior appearance is required. Especially important is a focus on creating a culture and environment that support a consistently positive patient experience. The Practice Manager works collaboratively with the Director of Operations, front and back-office staff, Providers, Human Resources, Senior Management, and other Practice Managers to develop and implement training that creates best practice to satisfy patient care, as well as to measure team member performance against benchmark metrics. Develops and maintains effective relations with patients, providers, LLCHC staff, and the public. Prepares patients and assists the provider. DUTIES RESPONSIBILITY 1.
