There are no perks / benefits ,morale is very low.
In my experience some cons working for LoyalSource was that even if you asked for unpaid days off, they were denied.
Decent Hourly but no incentives or not even a raise

If you try to say anything you get fired
The pay is good. The benefits are not good. Insurance is incredibly expensive and you don’t get PTO for the first year.
Management and communication is a joke. They’ll literally put anyone in the position of management, and then they’re fired or quit. It’s literally crazy. I have never seen or experienced anything like this. You reach out for help and the person who helped you just a week prior is gone and you weren’t told anything about it. Management rarely answers emails. They will tell you rules that are ever changing and not written anywhere, so you never know what’s right or wrong. I could go on. It’s absolutely crazy.
I don’t have one-can’t think of anything.
This company is a joke. Leadership is not just lacking, it’s non existent. I don’t believe you want to keep your contracts with the government. People truly think the company is a scam, and for good reason. Management needs to be completely redone. You also need to hire mangers with any qualifications for what they are doing. Not just hiring because it’s fast and easy to hire unqualified people to fill the position.
I would completely redo management. I would also work closer with and communicate with the people doing the work. Such as, the people who are doing the exams and the people who have the licensing and experience that your company absolutely cannot function without.
The interview was easy. I was hired almost immediately. That should’ve been a red flag for me.
I don’t know, the pay is decent. I would say it’s competitive pay for the area I live.
It’s fairly diverse. Again, they hire anyone. I have questioned one managers treatment of men, and I’m a woman. But they still hire men and don’t seem to discriminate based on race.
Going home. I also like working with veterans. Veterans deserve better than what they get with this company I believe. I try to push hard for the veterans though, and it has gotten me a little way for the most part.
