Medical Administrative Assistant Summary:
Coordinates the day-to-day administrative support activities for Division Chief and Associate Director/Administrator, including management of calendar. Organizes and performs office and clerical support services within the Division. Provides general administrative support for division and programs contained within division. Coordinates internal and external contacts and communications. Arranges and schedules meetings as needed. Develops and maintains resident schedules for patient rotations. Responsibilities:

Coordinates particular support activities within an office or provide direct support to faculty or management staff. Oversees and facilitates community events for the division.
Coordinates travel arrangements, makes reservations and processes reimbursements.
Drafts correspondence and reports. Creates or maintains unit filing systems or workflows.
Maintains office supply inventory, interacts with vendors, serves as unit contact for space, equipment or facility issues. Maintains subscriptions, order office supplies, ensures correct cost allocations and circulates mail.
Organizes and performs all office and clerical functions including, but not limited to, setting appointments, scheduling meetings, answering the telephone, taking and transcribing meeting minutes and organizing and maintaining calendar appointments/scheduling for Division Chief and Associate Director.
Ensures the scheduling in advance of adequate rooms, reservation and delivery of needed equipment and catering of food, when appropriate, for meetings and training sessions.

Updates and maintains inventory lists for protocols and equipment as required by the Florida Department of Education.
Oversees and coordinates volunteers and volunteer paperwork.

Job Summary: This position is a certified nursing assistant (CNA) role designed to provide direct, compassionate care and assistance with daily living needs to patients. CNA will work closely with other permanent and temporary staff and assist in their duties as needed.
Essential Job Duties:
Assist with daily living activities to make sure the patient is taken care of. This includes obtaining and recording vital signs, turning and ambulating patients and delivering food and beverages to patients throughout the day.
Help patients with personal hygiene, such as providing bedpans and helping them bathe.
Provide adjunct patient care as needed. This can include delivering ice packs and dressings to help relieve pain while in therapy or baths for soothing purposes after their session has ended.
Process a wide range of information from other professionals and work with physicians, caregivers, and nurses.
Closely monitor and record food intake, as well as urinary and fecal output, to be shared with key medical and nursing staff.
Demonstrates behaviors commensurate with the Vision, Mission, Values and Behavioral Standards of SnapCare.
Communication/Knowledge:
Effective written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with various individuals both inside and outside the organization.

Job Requirements Education/Experience:
