The IR Technician will join an established team of caregivers and providers in one of the area's best Cardiology programs. Reporting to the Manager of Interventional Radiology Services, the Interventional Radiology Tech will play a crucial role in supporting superior patient care. Beyond the team of Cardiologists, the IR Technician will also get to work in collaboration with CVRN and CCRN Cardiac Critical Care Nurses, Cath Lab Techs, and of course an amazing team of Cath Lab Registered Nurses, offering many opportunities to grow your skills and knowledge.
Joining this busy Cath Lab and Cardiovascular Services unit will offer the Interventional Radiology Technician ample opportunities to contribute to superior patient care, grow skills and experience, and work under a tenured and experienced Manager. This facility has 1 dedicated IR Suite and 1 Hybrid room, where a wide array of high-acuity procedures take place.
The Interventional Radiology Technician will play an important role in supporting and promoting superior patient care for the Cardiovascular Services Department, executing and implementing quality / safety initiatives, and upholding the medical center's standards of excellence. This person will help gather and interpret data pertaining to patient condition, support efficient procedures, and directly assist the physician.

Schedule: 8am - 5pm, M-F, 1 hour lunch, X-Rays, MA duties including physicals & injuries (must have exp and comfortable performing MA duties). Local candidates only. Will consider candidates that can start on Feb. 6th.
Clinical Setting: Outpatient Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, Physical Therapy and Advanced Specialist Services
Patient Mix: Scheduled and Walk-In Patients (All Ages)

Core Responsibilities:
Perform 70% Medical Assistant duties, including rooming patients, taking vitals, conducting drug and alcohol testing, and provide basic wound care.
Conduct 30% of duties involving radiological diagnostic examinations.
Administer and oversee radiological diagnostic exams for patients.
Operate radiological equipment, develop film, and ensure accurate diagnostic imaging. Prepare and position patients for radiological procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety. Provide direct patient care during X-Ray exams and collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Provider Requirements:
License: Current State License & ARRT
Certifications: CPR Certified
Capabilities: Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. X-Ray experience Required for Urgent Care. When not functioning as a Rad-Tech, you will provide support and assist the team as a Medical Assistant

Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: C ompleting scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings while focusing on our three Key Customer Requirements :
KCR #1: On Time - A rriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - S etting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - C hoosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort
Support: P rovide equipment support to our guests within 45 minutes
