The Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles, California, is a Catholic
university that provides rigorous undergraduate, graduate and
professional programs to academically ambitious students dedicated to
study, research, creative work and community involvement. The school is affiliated with the Jesuit and Marymount religious

Civil Engineering. Admissions are determined by an applicant's writing ability, engagement
in extracurricular and community service activities, recommendations,
standardized test scores and relationship to the university. Arts,
Animation, Dance, Theatre and Music students must submit a portfolio and
arrange an audition. Students who file a FAFSA by February 1 of the prior academic year will
be considered to receive financial aid through many institutional
