Colin M. Angle, a co-founder of iRobot, has served as chairman of the board since October 2008, as chief executive officer since June 1997, and prior to that, as our president since November 1992. He has served as a director since October 1992. As a co-founder and chief executive officer, Mr. Angle provides a critical contribution to the board of directors with his detailed knowledge of the Company, our employees, our client base, our prospects, the strategic marketplace and our competitors. Mr. Angle previously worked at the National Aeronautical and Space Administration’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory where he participated in the design of the behavior controlled rovers that led to Sojourner exploring Mars in 1997. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from MIT.

Liam K. Griffin, 53, is president and chief executive officer and a director of Skyworks Solutions, Inc. Prior to his appointment as CEO and to the board of directors in May 2016, he had served as president since May 2014. He served as executive vice president and corporate general manager from November 2012 to May 2014, where he was responsible for all of Skyworks' business units. Since joining Skyworks in 2001, Mr. Griffin has also held the positions of executive vice president and general manager of high performance analog and senior vice president of sales and marketing. Before joining Skyworks, he was the vice president of worldwide sales at Vectron International, a division of Dover Corporation, and held product management and process engineering positions at AT&T's Microelectronics and Network Systems' businesses. Mr. Griffin received a bachelor's of science in mechanical engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a master's of business administration from Boston University. In addition, Mr. Griffin previously served on the board of Vicor Corp. and currently serves on the board of National Instruments (Nasdaq: NATI), a provider of software-defined platforms for automated test and measurement systems.

Aart J. de Geus is a co-founder of Synopsys, Inc., a provider of electronic design automation software and related services for semiconductor design companies, and currently serves as its Chairman of the Board of Directors and Co-Chief Executive Officer. Since 1986, Dr. de Geus has held various positions at Synopsys, including President, Senior Vice President of Engineering and Senior Vice President of Marketing, and has served as a member of its board of directors. From 1982 to 1986, Dr. de Geus was employed by the General Electric Company, a global infrastructure, finance and media company, where he was the Manager of the Advanced Computer-Aided Engineering Group. Dr. de Geus joined the Applied Materials board of directors in 2007.

Richard K. Templeton is an American electrical engineer and business executive. He is chairman and chief executive officer of Texas Instruments.
