He joined as the VP & General Manager in their TotalSource BU where he led a high performing organization (+160 FTE, +$780M) through consistent double digit growth and industry leading customer satisfaction scores. He also was the DVP of Business Development and responsible for the enhancement of the HR Outsourcing BU's portfolio via new partnerships, alliances and M&A. Eduardo was also the VP & General Manager of Public Schools at Kaplan Virtual Education where he led their expansion from 7 to 21 online charter schools. He also spent 5 years with LexisNexis as the General Manager of $40M and $100M P&Ls which he successfully turned around. He began his career with P&G and then moved into strategy consulting with Monitor Group and McKinsey & Co. where he advised clients in M&A, cost optimization and product expansion.
