Operate effectively within MSP/VMS environments, navigating credit-sharing, co-sell strategies, and cross-department priorities
Align with program managers who may not directly oversee IT or non-clinical categories but are critical to partnership success
Drive coordinated execution that supports both new-client acquisition and long-term account success
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (direct industry experience can be substituted)
At least 10 years of proven sales success in HIT, non-clinical workforce solutions, SaaS, or technology services environments
Strong track record selling to C-level executives within large healthcare organizations
Experience selling complex services, including staff augmentation, managed services, SOW/project delivery, or professional services
Deep understanding of solution design, pricing strategies, SOW structuring, and enterprise negotiations
Ability to navigate complex internal and client-side environments and coordinate multiple stakeholders
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A competitive drive and a strong desire to win new business
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to identify multiple paths to move deals forward

Ticket-Based Candidate Support and Coaching
Manage and respond to candidate support tickets within Aya Education's ticketing system
Collaborate with internal stakeholders as part of ticket resolution to support candidate needs
Provide coaching, problem-solving support, and thought partnership related to skills development, role expectations, and school-based challenges
Apply sound professional judgment to determine when issues can be resolved through direct support versus when escalation is required
Documentation, Escalation, and Insight Sharing

Become the Product Expert:
Develop in-depth knowledge of the application (s), understanding their unique value propositions, how to effectively position them in the market, and competitive landscapes

Lead across Marketing:

Ensure all other marketing teams are working cohesively to establish the necessary GTM for all applications and platforms
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in software product marketing
Proven experience developing thoughtful marketing plans that drove impact
Ability to gain the trust and respect of key internal stakeholders and to quickly establish yourself as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in marketing and GTM best practices
Possess a high degree of comfort leading cross functional teams and individuals
Experience driving towards results
