Role Purpose Statement
The Operations & Procurement Supervisor is responsible for overseeing warehouse operations and managing procurement activities to ensure efficient inventory control, timely sourcing, and compliance with company standards. This hybrid role combines leadership in warehouse logistics with hands-on purchasing responsibilities to support airline catering operations in a fast-paced environment.
Main Accountabilities
Procurement & Inventory Management
Source and purchase materials, food products, packaging, and supplies to meet daily operational needs.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely deliveries.
Track purchasing activity using SAP MM and Microsoft Office tools.
Collaborate with culinary, logistics, and operations teams to align purchasing with production schedules.
Prepare reports and communicate updates to management.
Warehouse Operations
Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of food products, frozen goods, packaging, and operational supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory through physical counts and SAP system reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with FDA, HACCP, safety, and environmental regulations.
Supervise warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
Monitor and control food cost variances, determining par levels and order quantities based on airline specifications.
Forklift operation certification & experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain.
3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, purchasing, or inventory management.
Familiarity with SAP MM and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams and vendor relationships.

Position Overview
The Safety Clerk at LSG Sky Chefs plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the ramp area in the facility. This position is responsible for monitoring and enforcing safety protocols, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations, and maintaining a safe work environment for all personnel involved in the handling and transportation of food, beverages, and other catering supplies. Main Accountabilities
• Responsible for SOP training for all new drivers and re-training of drivers
• Responsible for updating and maintaining all driver files
• Processing of all Port Authority/Customs identifications

POSITION OVERVIEW

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Pick products accurately, minimize damage, and place items correctly in totes.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, including immediate spill cleanup.
Keep temperature-controlled areas closed to protect product quality.
Complete mandatory monthly training sessions.
Handle products carefully to avoid damage; ensure proper pricing and date coding.
Follow safety regulations and participate in safety meetings.
Assist with unloading trucks and organizing the warehouse.
Safely drive and park trucks in the yard for efficient loading/unloading.
Start and monitor refrigeration units (reefers) to maintain proper temperatures.
Complete Smith Training Systems certification to enhance safe driving practices.
Take temperatures of all inbound products, record every reading, document out-of-spec items, and report.
Act as a yard jockey (if applicable): move trucks around the yard and into docks; perform safety checks; secure trucks and chock wheels.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by leads and supervisors to support team objectives.

Directly hire FEST and RM employees at all market locations.

SUMMARY
Assembly workers prepare and position parts for assembly, ensure each component is fastened together correctly, check connections and log any discrepancies. They read measurements, verify specifications, measure completed components and assemble parts to approved specifications.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Include, but are not limited to the following:
* Interpret and follow blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
* Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and hydraulic equipment.
* Install rails, doors, and route hoses, fittings, and valves as per hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings.
* Conduct in-process and final inspections to verify quality and specification compliance.

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery/Route Driver to safely verify, load (if needed), and deliver fresh food products-including sandwiches, milk, bread, and bakery items-to convenience stores along an assigned route. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Timely Deliveries: Ensure products are delivered accurately and on schedule to assigned stores.
Navigation Skills: Use written directions and GPS to efficiently navigate your route.
Technology Use: Operate an electronic tablet to record delivered quantities and complete daily store check-ins.
Tray Management: Collect empty trays from stores at each delivery.
Training & Safety: Participate in required training, safety courses, and information meetings.
Safe Delivery Practices: Apply proper set points for transport; perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document issues.
Truck Maintenance: Maintain truck cleanliness; promptly report major issues to supervisors.

Vehicle Management: Safely operate, maintain, and clean a 24-28-foot straight box truck.

QUALIFICATIONS
21 years of age or older with a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
3+ years of route delivery driving and backing with a box truck (hands-on, physically active role).
Physical ability: Load trucks; lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly; push/pull up to 300 lbs with a four-wheel dolly.
English proficiency (spoken and written).
Comfortable in 38-70°F warehouse temps and all outdoor weather.
Able to perform frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, pushing, pulling, twisting, and reaching (shoulder height, waist level, and from the floor).
Thrives in a fast-paced nighttime environment.

What You'll Do

Daily monitor of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) for compliance

Role Purpose Statement
The Operations Supervisor for our Equipment and Sanitation + Assembly department is responsible for leading and supporting day-to-day activities related to equipment handling, sanitation processes and assembly. This role ensures that all cleaning, maintenance, and distribution tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company policies and quality standards. The supervisor manages a team, monitors workflow, and drives continuous improvement to support overall operational effectiveness

Main Accountabilities
Supervisor Responsibility
Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
Conduct daily work group meetings
Schedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets

Account Management
