This position requires attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently during 12-hour shifts. Candidates should have some experience with micrometers/calipers and at least one year with a recent employer. The role involves frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds, so physical strength and stamina are essential.
