Maintenance Make Ready The Maintenance Make Ready will aid the Lead Maintenance of the apartment community in the make-ready process of empty units to prepare them for move-ins to ensure that the move-in process runs smoothly and effectively. The Lube Technician is our entry-level position that is responsible for acquiring the skills and techniques to perform a variety of services safely and properly on customers' vehicles and contributing to our team's success.
