Job Description The Lube and Tire Technician at Monro or General Service Tech as we call it, is an entry level Automotive Technician position and a great way to start your career at Monro. Assist Shop Diesel Technician I/II with diagnostics. Perform advanced diagnostics and triage of complicated repairs by Shop Diesel Technicians I/II. REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma/GED and 5 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years' experience; or 7 years' experience in a related field.
