Ensure all assigned equipment is maintained in a safe and ready condition according to all applicable codes, laws, rules, company policies, and best practices. Read, understand, and apply information from manufacturers manuals for service, repair, and component replacement. Accurately read blueprints (mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic) and complete proper documentation as required. Interact and communicate with various groups and individuals, including immediate supervisors, other park managers and staff, co-workers, guests, vendors, contractors, and inspectors. Provide guest service according to Cedar Fair standards, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions, and giving directions. Perform other duties as assigned. Maintain cleanliness and safety in assigned work areas, complying with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements, and report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision. Meet scheduling availability requirements, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Solid knowledge of control processors, components, and communication networks used in real-time industrial applications. Proficient in developing and reading one-line diagrams and technical documents. Proficient at maintaining specific rides and attractions. Good judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
