Perform a quality Multi-Point Inspection and record all results within the ASR Program. Ability to communicate with the Service Advisors and Parts Advisors Notify the Service Advisor immediately of any outlying issues that may take longer than promised Keep your workspace clean and clutter-free Complete all your Factory Web Training promptly and stay current with all training Respect the customer's vehicle, keep it clean, and clean up any mess made during repairs. Understand all Factory warranties Policy and Procedures Qualifications 2 to 3 years of automotive experience preferred Factory Training is preferred but not required Self-motivated to be a productive technician Communication skills, patience, creativity, eye for detail General mechanical skills Brand-specific training/certification is preferred but not required.
