What You'll Do:
The Process Technician is primarily responsible for setting up and maintaining automated molding equipment and providing technical support to commercial press molding.
What We're Looking For:
Disassemble, clean and reassemble material handling equipment in a thorough and timely manner.
Supply clean IPA used for cleaning to various departments.
Maintain disposable equipment inventory levels using the Kanban system
Prepare and label solvent hazardous waste for disposal.
Follow procedures for safe handling of flammable solvents.
Assemble material handling equipment.
Accurately record data on routers, QAD and other ERP systems used.
Perform set-up of molding equipment on Vesta presses.
Diagnose/troubleshoot processing issues on Vesta presses
Provide technical support to daily production activities utilizing Vesta presses.
Set-up and maintain manual secondary cutting and punching fixtures.
Set-up and maintain automated cutting and punching equipment.
Diagnose/troubleshoot vision inspection camera issues.
Perform set-up of molding equipment on commercial presses.
Diagnose/troubleshoot and repair material delivery systems.
Diagnose/troubleshoot processing issues on Commercial presses
Ability to wire heaters in parallel or series.
Disassemble, clean and re-assemble cold runner systems.
Set-up and maintain part handling automation equipment.
Replace intricate mold components.
Inspect, review and score mold conditions.
Execute established molding DOEs.
Balance a multi-drop cold runner utilizing sequential valve gates.
Understand and follow SOPs pertaining to your area.
Understand and follow Work Instructions pertaining to your area.
Maintain Safety, Quality, Productivity, scrap, rework, utilization, and efficiency
Other duties as assigned.
Observe and promote Company standards and policies on safety, quality and productivity.
Understand Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in medical device and clean room environment
Support and observe 5S and other lean manufacturing methodologies.
Skills That Make a Difference:
Successful completion of four-years of high school, or equivalent is required.
5-8 years of experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities.
Experience performing mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics or pneumatic systems repair (preferred).
Basic understanding of Preventative Maintenance Programs and 5S principles
Medical Device manufacturing and clean room environment experience is desired
Considered a Plus:
Excellent (written and verbal) communication and effective human interaction skills.
Flexible to change and possess a high degree level of integrity and “can do attitude”.
Willing to work in a team environment and contribute to group goals
Able to convert units of measurement, add, subtract multiplication and division.

What Will Be Your Environment:
The employee will constantly be exposed to working near moving mechanical parts with frequent risk of electrical shock.
The employee will occasionally be subject to, working in high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and outdoor weather conditions, but rarely (if ever) be exposed to extreme cold or heat (non-weather) or wet/humid non weather conditions, travel on company business.
The noise level is considered moderate (normal shop conditions).
The employee will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as: safety glasses in the designated areas, hairnet/beard cover and jumpsuit when on the production floor, gloves when handling hot objects or solvents, earplugs when required and steel toed shoes (preferred).
This physical demand level for this job is considered medium with frequently lifting 10-25 pounds. Exposure to lifting more than 100 pounds is rare (if ever).
During maintenance work, employee will frequently be exposed to sustained bending, stoop, kneel, crouch/crawl, reach above shoulders and repetitive bending or squatting with constant exposure to dynamic standing/walking and using hands to finer/handle or touch.
The employee will occasionally be exposed to static standing/walking, pushing/pulling (15lbs), floor to knuckle lift/lower (40lbs), knuckle to shoulder lift/lower (75lbs), shoulder to overhead lift/lower (15lbs) or climb/balance (on ladder).
The employee will rarely (if ever) be exposed to using foot/feet to operate machine.

* Adhering to guidelines as set forth by religious dietary law certifications (Kosher and Halal).

This role in summary

This role in summary
Position provides functional support to install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment. Responsible for work on substation, wiring circuits, distribution centers, control panels, electronic devices, etc. Work hours consist of a rotating 10-hr shift with 8 days on, 6 days off. This may require presence at facility during night shifts, weekends and holidays. This is a Safety Sensitive position. Your responsibilities will include
Install and maintain electrical work on plant electrical systems and equipment with minimum supervision, using a broad knowledge of applied trade practices and technique.
The use of ladders, raised platforms, caged lifts, and manual climbing on equipment at various heights up to and including 25 feet is required.
Plan, layout and install complex wiring circuits and distribution centers in conformance with established codes, install switches and controls, central subsidiary control panels, electronic devices and all other duties incidental to installation.
Maintain substation; diagnose and remedy all electrical, electronic and mechanical troubles.
Work from wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic schematic drawings and code book.
Use all electrical measuring and testing devices.
May direct and layout work for electricians of lower classification.
Minimum requirements
* State of WIsconsin license is required
* All license electricians from another state without a WI license must show proof of reciprocity between the state they are license in and WI
* Candidates with electrical experience without a WI license must acquire a license within six months of the first date of employment.

The Area Vice President is responsible for implementing/driving the Biosense Webster commercial strategy by leading sales and clinical personnel and activities to enhance profitable sales growth in a rapidly growing marketplace. Additional responsibilities will include:

**Minimum requirements**
+ Working knowledge of CNC/NC programming and CAD\CAM systems is required (Esprit & ProtoTrak preferred.)
+ Requires an Associate Degree in a technical discipline and two (2) years of tool room related experience; OR a high school diploma or equivalent, post secondary education equivalent to one year of a technical discipline and four (4) years of tool room experience; OR a high school diploma or equivalent and six (6) years of tool room experience.
+ Ability to comprehend blueprints and schematics relating to tooling, equipment, and fixtures.

The Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) is responsible for serving as the primary field-based lead for education, assistance, and issue resolution with healthcare providers (HCPs), and their office staff, with respect to patient access to J&J Immunology therapies. This role involves investing time (up to 50%) on-site with HCPs, assessing their education needs and facilitating collaboration with various stakeholders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
The employee will constantly be exposed to working near moving mechanical parts with frequent exposure to risk of electrical shock. The employee will occasionally be exposed to wet humid conditions, working in high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold or heat, outdoor weather conditions or travel on company business. The employee will rarely (if ever) be subject to toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level is considered loud if near operating production equipment.
The employee will be required to wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment such as: safety glasses in the designated areas, hairnet/beard net, gloves when handling hot objects or solvents, jumpsuit, earplugs (when needed) on production floor.
TOOLS/EQUIPMENT/COMPUTER SOFTWARE:
The employee will constantly use hand/power tools and machine equipment, with frequent use of maintenance shop tools. Occasionally the employee will use a PC with Microsoft Office products, manlift/elevator, forklift and pallet/hydraulic jacks.

Position Summary:
As the Senior Manager, Professional Education (US), you will be instrumental in creating strategic training initiatives that ensure the safe and effective use of J&J Neurovascular products. Reporting directly to the Director of Education, you will oversee a dynamic team of managers and specialists, collaborating with multiple cross-functional partners including Marketing, Medical Affairs, Clinical Teams, Regulatory Affairs, and Sales Leadership.
Your leadership will drive the design, execution, and continuous improvement of a comprehensive educational curriculum targeting healthcare providers - from physicians and residents to allied health professionals such as NPs, PAs, RNs, and RTs.
You will establish strong, consultative relationships with our KOL faculty, leaning on their expertise to elevate our training programs, driving creativity to be best in class and including the newest and next technologies.
The Senior Manager-US Professional Education is primarily aligned to the US, but must be cognizant of the global strategy, and may be consulted for regional business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and execute all aspects of Professional Education programs to ensure the safe and effective use of JNJ MedTech Neurovascular products and technology.
* Collaborate with cross-functional business partners and key stakeholders to develop and execute impactful educational programs that support the US Business Plan, in conjunction with New Product Introductions (NPI) Launch Excellence (LEX) Reviews.
* Maintain oversight of Professional Education discretionary budget with manager and Finance partners, inclusive of Team T&E and sample product forecast.
* Stay current on company products instructions for use (IFU), best practices and technical troubleshooting, as well as relevant scientific clinical literature and new product information.
* Keep current of the competitive market, treatment trends, technology, competitors, treatment guidelines and new regulations.
* Identify and develop strong relationships with KOL faculty and oversee all consulting HCP & Facility agreements, Faculty Time Records, Faculty Payments, and execution of all planned training programs and activities.
* Evaluate and implement innovative training modalities, which meet the needs of the learner, i.e. web-based applications and technology-based tools, AI platform, AR/VR, Telementoring,
* Maintain the required training documents that fulfill the FDA training commitment for TRUFILL n-BCA Liquid Embolic System and Enterprise Vascular Reconstruction Device with Clinical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams.
* Oversee development and progressive learning stages of the Johnson & Johnson Institute comprehensive and scalable curriculum for Fellows, Residents, and Allied Health Professionals
* Operate under limited supervision and in strict adherence to applicable company guidelines on Regulatory, Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
* Align with established project and management processes, instruction design standards and processes, and corporate brand style and standards, including compliance requirements.
Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree is required.
* Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant business experience (Professional or Commercial Education, Marketing, Sales, and Clinical.
* Minimum of three (3) years of experience working in organizational learning or a Professional or Commercial Education environment.
