Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4 Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring fair workload distribution across 50+ US-based manufacturing sites.
Develop and deploy recruiting strategies to support high-volume manufacturing hiring, adjusting approach based on real-time site needs and labor market conditions.

2. Skilled Recruitment (Working Manager Scope)
Act as a hands-on recruiter for high-priority, skilled manufacturing roles, including CNC Machinists, Maintenance Technicians, and Toolroom Technicians.
Source passive candidates for hard-to-fill technical positions using advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean, Indeed Resume, industry networks).
Model best-in-class candidate experience and intake management for the rest of the team.
3. Process Improvement & Projects
Lead divisional projects aimed at reducing process complexity and administrative burden for recruiters and hiring managers.
Analyze recruiting data to identify trends and implement initiatives that improve the Quality of Hire and retention rates.
Evaluate and optimize the use of our Applicant Tracking System (SmartRecruiters) and external job board spend.
Ensure that AI and related tools are being used effectively and efficiently throughout the team and client groups for recruitment processes.
Qualifications

7+ years of total experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
3+ years of experience in an in-house recruitment leadership role (Manager or Lead with direct reports).

Position Summary
The Sr. Quoting Analyst is responsible for the development of offers including products, pricing, compliance requirements, financials, and T&Cs for customers in MedTech Surgery. The Senior Manager, Surgical Robotics Demand, Inventory, and Service Planning will be accountable for developing the consensus forecast, optimizing inventory, managing service/repair planning, and achieving customer service goals. This includes demand planning, inventory planning, new product launch planning, execution oversight, and monitoring and reporting of results to management. The Bioinformatics Scientist - Field Applications is responsible for the bioinformatics support for IDT's secondary analysis software Archer Analysis which is utilized by Next Generation Sequencing product lines FusionPlex, VariantPlex, LiquidPlex and Immunoverse. The focus of this position is to enable our customer's success and satisfaction by providing dedicated onsite and remote assistance on the data analysis related inquiries. This position's main territory will be North America, with primary responsibility within the United States.
This position reports to the Manager, Bioinformatics Science - Field Applications AMR/APAC and is part of the Global Scientific Applications Support Organization working remotely to cover Mid-West United States.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Coordinate and conduct software trainings and data reviews using Archer Analysis and associated data at customer sites and/or remotely.
* Provide remote/onsite customer educations on software pipelines and features.
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and troubleshooting cases via email and calls.
* Discuss and resolve challenging cases collaboratively with other members of the Customer Success team.
* Engage in pre-sales conversations when technical expertise is required.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Postgraduate degree in Genomics or Bioinformatics (or a related discipline). An equivalent combination of training and experience (minimum 3-5 years) will also be considered
* Hands on involvement analyzing NGS data through academic or professional experience
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel at least 50% within defined territory and occasionally supporting other territories as needed
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lb, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NGS clinical oncology solutions applications and/or experience within the Life Sciences industry
* Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred

The Project Manager, Clinical Lab Equipment Installation is responsible for Manages the implementation and installation processes for our diagnostic instrumentation portfolio in partnership with the Laboratory customers as well as Hospital Facilities, IT and other customer partners and internal BCI Teams
This position reports to the Manager of Technical Project Management and is part of the Technical Project Management Team. This position will be fully remote.

As a Principal, you will be responsible for leading strategies to win new business for Danaher by selling outcomes-based partnership models. The Market Development Manager is responsible for nurturing and maximizing current customer relationships and for cultivating new or competitive accounts all while maximizing sales potential within an assigned territory. The Senior Key Channel Executive for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for owning and developing an account strategy in coordination with our distribution partners in the non-acute market. Position Overview:

The Bioinformatics Scientist - Field Applications is responsible for the bioinformatics support for IDT's secondary analysis software Archer Analysis which is utilized by Next Generation Sequencing product lines FusionPlex, VariantPlex, LiquidPlex and Immunoverse. The focus of this position is to enable our customer's success and satisfaction by providing dedicated onsite and remote assistance on the data analysis related inquiries. This position's main territory will be North America, with primary responsibility within the United States.
This position reports to the Manager, Bioinformatics Science - Field Applications AMR/APAC and is part of the Global Scientific Applications Support Organization working remotely to cover Mid-West United States.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
* Coordinate and conduct software trainings and data reviews using Archer Analysis and associated data at customer sites and/or remotely.
* Provide remote/onsite customer educations on software pipelines and features.
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and troubleshooting cases via email and calls.
* Discuss and resolve challenging cases collaboratively with other members of the Customer Success team.
* Engage in pre-sales conversations when technical expertise is required.
The essential requirements of the job include:
* Postgraduate degree in Genomics or Bioinformatics (or a related discipline). An equivalent combination of training and experience (minimum 3-5 years) will also be considered
* Hands on involvement analyzing NGS data through academic or professional experience
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
* Ability to travel at least 50% within defined territory and occasionally supporting other territories as needed
* Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
* Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lb, any other physical requirements
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Ideal candidate will have extensive experience with NGS clinical oncology solutions applications and/or experience within the Life Sciences industry
* Experience working with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
* Previous experience in customer support or another customer facing role with demonstrated internal and external relationship-management skills in the genomics industry

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for onsite installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of Leica equipment.
This position reports to the District Field Service Manager, Central and is part of the Service Department working remotely to cover the Central Region.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Visit customers (primarily universities and hospitals) for preventive maintenance actions, fault analysis, upgrades, installation, maintenance, and repair to achieve optimum customer care delivering professional service with effective working practices.
Support Sales Representatives in activities such as installations and demo/exhibitions.
Collaborate closely with the Service Team to ensure all customers in the region are provided professional after-sales service, including exchanging valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer happiness and sales.
The essential requirements of the job include:
HS Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years' experience and/or vocational training in a technical, scientific, or engineering background or relevant military experience
Electro-mechanical troubleshooting experience.
Ability to travel up to 80% including overnight travel up to 4 nights a week with international travel for training up to twice a year.
