They make a good car and will eventually become a player in the EV market but until they offer something under $75K they won't be seen as a "player" in the automotive industry.
In my experience at several start ups, they all lack a definitive training program, and Lucid is no exception. The C suite staff and management are over their heads. The CEO acts like a child when something isn't done the way he imagines it, regardless of who the project manager is which owns the project.
I would say the employee stock program but the stock isn't worth much currently.
Very little. They are rude, they act like they are better than the rest of the team/staff.
Hire a new CEO.
I prepared by doing research on Lucid and Tesla. I spoke to people currently working at both places.
In my experience, it is within the industry average.
I could care less about DEI. If you rely upon the color of your skin or who you have sex with and not your ability to do the job then you have the problem.
I would say by and large the majority of the staff are good people, there are some that are jerks to say the least but for the most part you can avoid them.
Good benefits and pay
Inexperienced management. Most come from non automotive backgrounds. Poor process controls and manufacturing consistency. The vehicle is over-rated and overpriced to compensate for design issues and lack of manufacturing capabilities.
Over compensated based on the company's struggles to become profitable.
Need to focus on refreshing the design and not consider a software update as a new design release. People get tired of the same look regardless of how impressive the software update is.
I didn't, they calped me beacuse of my years in the automotive industry.
Comparable
Companies need to focus more on the individuals ability to don the job and not worry about meeting an agenda set by someone that doesn't feel the impact their decision makes on a company.
