In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modeling, and business intelligence to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, develop actionable insights, and support strategic initiatives. You Will: * Analyze complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights for manufacturing and logistics teams. * Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, translating complex analyses into clear, actionable insights. * Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels. * Partner with Data Engineering and Enterprise Systems (MES, SAP, Ignition) teams to set up and streamline data pipelines. * Document business and technical reporting methodology, best practices and related rules for generating reports to ensure results accurately represent the underlying data. * Collaborate with various departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure success. * Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing best practices in data management and governance. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and visualization tools. You Bring: * Bachelor's degree in engineering, Data Science or equivalent experience in a related field. * Minimum of 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, visualization, etc. (Python experience is a plus) * Intermediate knowledge of Smartsheet, SQL, JIRA, and Tableau. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. * Demonstrated project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively. * Ability to deep-dive data from both a top-down and bottom-up approach * Ability to think strategically and communicate strategies effectively. * Experience in the manufacturing Industry (Automotive OEM or Tier 1 Suppliers) preferred. Collaborate with fellow product managers to identify user needs and recommend product strategy. * Author detailed user stories using JAMA/Jira tools. * Provide support for product-related branding, marketing, and training activities. Deliver product content as required, including but not limited to release notes, owner's manual, blogs, etc. to support product launches. * Strong business acumen and technical understanding to develop business cases, prioritize features, manage leadership's expectations, and recommend solutions. * Build metrics/KPIs to quantify business objectives and ensure end-to-end user experience excellence. * Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, design, product marketing, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment. Basic Qualifications: * 3+ years of experience as a product manager. * 3+ years of experience working with auto OEMs/Tier-1s in the automotive/IoT space. * Deep knowledge of in-vehicle infotainment systems, voice assistants, navigation, and media apps, with basic knowledge of HMI Framework. Knowledge for large language models (LLMs) and AI/ML is a plus. * Experience bringing products to life that are built for embedded systems that communicate with cloud infrastructure. * Experience building and shipping iOS/Android mobile apps at a global scale. * Proven record of authoring detailed product strategy, analyzing build vs buy, and making cost and revenue projections. * Deep empathy for users. Experience with converting user pain points into detailed user stories. * Strong communication and presentation skills with a clear and logical thought process. Good at storytelling and convincing the leadership team using insights backed by data. * Proven record of solving ambiguous problems and managing multiple stakeholders. * Good communication skills. Key Responsibilities * End-to-End Oversight: Lead all night shift maintenance activities across Powertrain lines (Battery, Drive Unit, Power Electronics). * Equipment Availability: Ensure equipment uptime meets or exceeds ≥75% availability target to support production JPH goals. * Preventive & Predictive Maintenance: Oversee execution of PM and PdM schedules, ensuring compliance and addressing gaps. * Rapid Response & Troubleshooting: Lead structured problem solving (5-Why, RCA, PFMEA, 8D) to resolve breakdowns and reduce repeat failures. * Team Development: Mentor and coach night shift maintenance supervisors, technicians, and contractors to build technical depth and reliability discipline. * Cross-Shop Coordination: Partner with Operations, Engineering, TPM, and IE to resolve chronic issues and plan corrective actions. * Standardization: Enforce consistent maintenance practices, documentation, and reporting across all Powertrain areas. * Safety & Compliance: Ensure safe maintenance practices, LOTO compliance, and adherence to company and regulatory requirements. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related field (preferred). * 8+ years of experience in high-volume manufacturing maintenance, with 3+ years in a leadership role. * Proven success in improving equipment uptime, reliability, and maintenance cost performance. * Strong knowledge of automated equipment, robotics, controls, and industrial systems. * Expertise in lean maintenance practices, TPM, and reliability engineering. * Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills in fast-paced environments. * Prior experience in automotive, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing preferred. * Ability to work a night shift schedule and lead independently with minimal direct oversight. Lead and review the hazard analysis program and utilization of JHA/PTP tools. Perform frequent job-site safety inspections, procedural audits, and take immediate action where required. Provide continuous support to Engineering, Facilities and Area Operations staff. Background in automotive, battery manufacturing, or lab operations is an asset. The Staff Automation Engineer, Controls and Automation will manage technical aspects of our stamping processes to ensure efficient and reliable production to deliver world class products on time and cost effectively. This specifically includes the Feasibility, DFM, Construction, Tryout & Home line. He or she will support cross-functional teams during the development and industrialization phases and drive sound business decisions throughout the product life cycle. You Will: Be an expert in Controls & Automation for Stamping, champion and supporting Lucid Engineering / Manufacturing Group's specific needs and requirements for Controls & Automation Supports design specifications for RFQ's Approve equipment and control designs in accordance to Lucid and local regulations and manages suppliers performance to build schedule for Automation and Controls Interact and direct vendors to provide equipment and tooling to our standards and performance expectations Prepare suitable training documentation to enable experience passed on to production team Ability to troubleshoot through root cause analysis and provide technical support for daily plant operations Launch equipment and tooling to production floor and support on-going production throughout program cycle Develop and maintain process documentation and assist with quality documentation Project coordination, champions and supports Lucid Engineering / Manufacturing Group's specific needs and requirements regarding the scope, specifications & best practice procedures Take ownership of the technical management of the products. Address Lucid technical questions and follow up to ensure all action items are completed Manage internal Lucid Customers, assesses needs regarding priorities, deadlines, and quantities, driving suppliers for on time deliverables Track and manage equipment trials for SOP Train Production Associates and Engineering Technicians on techniques and processes Assist with new product launches, i.e. equipment, dies, tooling and auxiliary equipment Work closely with multiple departments to improve manufacturing processes Travel approx. 10% to visit suppliers (domestic and int'l) You Bring: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's degree 8+ years of Program Management / Engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Proficient with PLC & Drive Programming with Siemens TIA Portal & Beckoff (required). Kuka Robot programming (must), commissioning (nice to have).
