Technical founder and CTO of Lucid Software, makers of Lucidchart and Lucidpress. I've directly and centrally contributed to most of our major technical systems, both server and client. I continue to spend much of my time architecting and coding high-value and high-technical-risk systems, which directly provides operational value to the business and also informs executive decisions with deep technical knowledge.

Dave Grow is the President and COO at Lucid. Since joining the company in the basement in 2010, he has been responsible for building out the business teams, including marketing, sales, customer support, and operations as the company has scaled to 600+ employees, $100M+ in ARR and a $1B+ valuation. Prior to joining Lucidchart, Dave worked as a management consultant at Bain & Company. He also serves as an independent board member of Bitly and mentors a number of SaaS startups. Dave graduated summa cum laude from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Business Management.

Nathan Rawlins is a Chief Marketing Officer at Lucid and is based in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has worked as Senior Vice President of Marketing at Puppet; Director, Product Marketing at FatWire; and Sales Manager at iCentral. Nathan studied at Brigham Young University (BYU) between 1990 and 1997.
