Mr. Alberini served as a member of the Board of Directors of Guess?, Inc. from December 2000 to September 2011. From October 1996 to December 2000, Mr. Alberini served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Footstar, Inc., a footwear retailer. From May 1995 to October 1996, Mr. Alberini served as Vice President of Finance and Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Melville Corporation, a retail holding corporation. From 1987 to 1995, Mr. Alberini was with The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc., an operator of department stores, in various capacities, including Vice President, Corporate Controller, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Prior to that, Mr. Alberini served in various positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, an audit firm. Patrice Louvet (born 1964) is a French American business executive. The CEO and president of the Ralph Lauren Corporation since July 17, 2017, he began his career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) in 1989, where he held numerous executive roles across Northeast Asia, North America and Europe. In 2015 he became group president of P&G's global beauty and hair care units, a role he held until June 30, 2017. He currently serves on the board of Bacardi Limited.

Edward Rosenfeld has served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Steven Madden, Ltd. since August 2008. Mr. Rosenfeld previously served as interim Chief Executive Officer and, prior to that, as Executive Vice President of Strategic Planning and Finance of Steve Madden. He joined Steve Madden in May 2005 and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since February 2008. Prior to joining Steve Madden, Mr. Rosenfeld was a Vice President in the mergers and acquisitions group at Peter J. From 2009 to September 2011, Mr. Bergh served as Group President, Global Male Grooming, for Procter & Gamble, which he joined in 1983. In 28 years at Procter & Gamble, Mr. Bergh held a variety of executive roles, including managing business in multiple regions worldwide. Mr. Bergh previously served as director of VF Corporation, an apparel company.
