Job Summary
Murphy Oil Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst to join our Marketing team. This role is pivotal in managing Marketing documentation, contracts, and electronic records, and ensuring contract management processes adhere to corporate policies and standards. This person will work closely with every member of the Marketing team and be a critical point of contact for our internal and external business partners. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, enjoy problem solving, and have the ability to collaborate across departments.
The Associate Marketing Contract Administration Analyst will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work up to two (2) days a week remotely, as business needs allow.
Responsibilities
Organize Marketing contracts including oil and gas sales, transportation, processing, and market data service agreements
Draft standard agreements and amendments
Manage customer correspondence and inquiries
Coordinate contract approvals and execution with internal stakeholders and external counterparties
Ensure timely updates of new, amended, and terminated contracts and trades in the appropriate system of record
Maintain audit trails and documentation to support trade compliance and reporting obligations
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations and assist in resolving inquiries
Participate in the design and implementation of system enhancements
Qualifications/ Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Minimum 3 years' experience working with energy commodity businesses, preferably in contract administration
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Word
Knowledge of contract management solutions like SharePoint and DocuSign

Job Summary
This role offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-performing team managing complex offshore assets. You'll contribute directly to the safety, integrity, and performance of Murphy's deepwater operations while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Facility Engineer will work in our Houston Corporate office and may work two (2) days a week remotely.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary onshore technical point of contact for assigned deepwater facility
Provide day-to-day troubleshooting, surveillance, and technical support to offshore operations
Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities to optimize production and reduce operating costs
Support and lead facility modifications, debottlenecking efforts, and brownfield projects from concept through execution, including ownership of associated budgets and management of 3rd party engineering activities
Collaborate with inspection, reliability, construction and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Assist maintenance teams with technical review of quotes for replacement equipment and parts
Plan and schedule major facility maintenance and upgrade campaigns. Coordinate with both onshore and offshore staff during shutdowns, startups, and execution
Support Management of Change (MoC), Safe Work Practices, and Process Safety processes
Maintain accurate documentation of facility configurations, drawings, and technical records
Licenses/ Certifications
Willing to attend and be able to pass HUET (Helicopter Underwater Egress Training)
Professional Engineer (PE) license, preferably
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or other Engineering field
Minimum 7 years' experience in oil and gas industry, with experience in deepwater production facilities
Working knowledge of process equipment, piping systems, pumps, compression, power generation, and utility systems
Understanding of MoC, HAZOP, and risk assessment processes
Familiarity with applicable industry standards (API, ASME, ABS, etc.) and regulatory requirements (BSEE, USCG)
Ability to travel offshore as needed (occasional trips)

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Contract Management Intern to support our Global Contracts Team in streamlining contract processes, enhancing compliance, and leveraging AI and other technology tools for efficiency. Provide support with Icertis CLM platform
Document the end-to-end contract process to identify bottlenecks and propose automation opportunities and other technological solutions
Contract Organization & Repository
Review and organize legacy contracts, ensuring metadata accuracy and searchability
Assist in cleaning up folder structures and centralizing templates/files into a digital repository
Contract Analysis & Compliance
Review recent contracts and redlines to identify frequently negotiated clauses (e.g., indemnification, limitation of liability, insurance)
Compare standard clauses across suppliers to identify inconsistencies or risks
Map out MSAs in a simplified way that explains each article and their interactions

Job Summary
This Sr Logistics & Materials Analyst is responsible for handling the physical receiving or movement of material and personnel, including verification of accuracy and condition, confirming receipt of material certification and testing documents, and retaining and filing said material certification documentation of the warehouse facility.
The prime areas focus of these positions is managing material and movement of material or personnel to field locations in the case of shore base operations.
In addition, this position may be called upon to assist with managing day-to-day dock operations at the base. These duties include vessel and helicopter management, materials, yard, and logistics management. Additional duties include tracking and reporting of all monthly operational costs estimates for JIB allocations and spend estimates. Interacting and coordinating with field and office personnel to process and or resolve any operational issues.
Responsibilities
* Liaison with shore base operator operations team
* Assist with supervision of dedicated dock and yard crews
* Provide feedback to Logistics & Materials Supervisor on safety and operational issues as they arise
* Ensuring all necessary daily resources are in place for material receipts and cargo handling.
* Dock supervision of vessel turnaround, loading/unloading of deck cargo, weight monitoring, bulk and bunkering monitoring
* Shipping basket check and documentation verification prior to acceptance for loading.
* Responsible for enforcement that PE compliance for all contractors/visitors to Murphy materials handling/dock areas occurs.
* Initiation and recording of Toolbox talks
* Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Murphy operating guidelines
* Manages inventory including the handling of materials, cycle counts, put-a-ways, receiving, annual obsolete inventory identification and write-off, and all the associated accounting activities (manages other employees responsible for inventory management)
* Directs the physical receiving of material, including verification of accuracy and condition, confirming receipt of material certification, and testing documents, retaining and filing said material certification documentation
* Enhances SCM processes in material management (warehouse operations) by assisting the Logistics and Materials Supervisor
* Assists in recovery of damaged or used materials by providing suggestions for improvement
* Reviews inventory and assist warehouse staff in safety measurements to protect against loss and/or damages
* Handles post inventory dealings and movement of inventory
* Proactively works with procurement team to minimize shortages
* Focuses resources on continuous improvement of services and processes
* Promotes alignment by understanding and communicating business partner needs and requirements throughout the organization
* Assist in implementing SAP as it applies to such issues as warehouse setup and inventory reporting and training
* Assist the Spares finder team with ensuring accurate Material Master description, catalogue and classification data
* Assists with ensure warehouse aligning with Sarbanes Oxley controls and apply to the inventory and investment recovery functions
* Advises users on simple processes and resolves problems such as those relating to routine contracts
* Minimizes Murphy's exposure and vulnerability

* Accountable for safe, efficient, and expedient supply vessel turnaround, including monitoring of fuel, water, dry/wet bulks, and third-party materials call off. (if applicable)
* Responsible for coordination of marine logistics and materials requirements with offshore drilling supervisors & production superintendents
* Accountable for scheduling of vessel voyages
* Liaison with shore base operator management team regarding safety, operations, and invoicing issues
* Liaison with supply vessel owners to reconcile any operational or other issues with chartered vessels
* Arranging third party surveyors for dry/wet bulk and fuel loading and back loads.
* Monitoring vessel tank status and arranging tank cleans for ongoing maintenance or off hire purposes
* Import/Export freight forwarding coordination and expediting of shipments.
* Coaches team members around dock processes, operations monitoring and reporting of service level failures and safety issues
* Ensure OCTG is inspected, prepared, and handled correctly in preparation for loadout.
* Accountable to ensure shore base operator lifting gear and cargo baskets inspection color coding procedures are maintained and followed by Murphy third party service providers and for Murphy own equipment and rentals
* Accountable to ensure all invoice checking/verification is completed for shore base activities.
* Responsible for the requisition preparation for supply base operation including marine fuel supply.
* Accountable for the maintenance of records for vessel daily operational logs for fuel consumption and audit purposes
* Manage CCU units & other 3rd party rental equipment to maximize rental return efficiencies and cost savings
