Carroll Construction Supply is in need of a General Laborer and Yard Laborer that will assist with loading and unloading trucks, cleaning and handling concrete forms, picking/fulfilling orders, and other warehouse duties. Our warehouse people play a big role in our day-to-day operations as they heavily work with others to assure accuracy of loads and delivery of product is done right and on time. This person will be using a forklift to assist with loading and movement of product, as well as directly handling of materials. Carroll is known as a fair, honest & team-oriented company and has recently become an employee-owned company that has grown to over 35 locations spread across 12 states. Job Description:
Summary: Support the field operations with construction materials, tools and supplies.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Process items in/out of the warehouse through packing lists
Fill orders from the field for small tools and supplies from warehouse inventory
Monitor inventory and coordinate with Works Department Manager
Ensure new tools are engraved with CK number
Maintain tools in tool crib
Document all repairs that need to go in for service
Utilize tagging procedure for all items pulled
Manage yard connex boxes and oversee jobsite boxes are cleaned up when pulled into the yard
Track chemical storage, ensure chemicals are properly labeled, and coordinate disposal
Complete office trailer checklist before delivery and upon trailer return

Report items that must be sent for repair or are needed to complete tasks. Inspect division's vehicles and report any maintenance repairs that are required to foreman. Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
