The leadership team is very transparent and easy to speak with. And they're comfortable making the tough decisions so you don't have to.

    The leadership team leads its employees through a tried and true process of work. The product, medical research and data ops teams stay in constant communication in working to update the analytics services. The three teams are in charge of making sure a specific subset of medical device data is transferred to the analytics service.

    In order to do so, the data ops team receives the data and sends it to the medical research team. This team explains how to interpret the data. Then the product team hammers out the UI and task breakdown. This complicated process makes the work more worthwhile and satisfying.

    When Lumere steps up to the plate, the company hits it out of the park when it comes to fun perks of the job. Every year, employees enjoy taking an afternoon off for what is known as the Bleacher Bash. Sitting in the outfield bleachers at Wrigley Field, employees take a break from work that day to cheer on the Chicago Cubs (and hope for a ball to come in their direction). But the fun doesn't stop there. After the baseball game, everyone visits a nearby karaoke bar to sing the night away. Oh, and to bond with their teammates.
