Simon Sutton has been a key senior media, digital and entertainment operating executive for over twenty-five years, most recently as CEO of Luminary Media, the leading subscription podcast company, and previously as President and Chief Revenue Officer of HBO. At HBO, he was responsible for over $7 billion in annual revenue and 130 million subscribers, including television networks and operations in over 100 countries. His past roles have included President of HBO International and President of Global Distribution. Over his career, he has had more than 25 years of experience with such major companies as HBO/Time Warner, MGM, Liberty Global and McKinsey & Company. In addition, he has extensive board experience, having been the board member designated by HBO and MGM on numerous boards of partially-owned companies. At HBO, he managed a staff of over 2,000 in more than 20 offices both in the US and worldwide, covering TV operations, distribution, licensing, marketing, international content creation and programming, IT, software development and research. His key achievements include a strong record of growth, including HBO's fastest domestic growth in 30 years and a quadrupling of international subscribers from 20 million to over 80 million. His responsibilities included managing relationships with some of the world’s biggest technology, media and entertainment companies including Comcast, AT&T/DirecTV, Apple, Amazon, Vodafone, Telefonica, Sky, Canal Plus, Sony, 21st Century Fox and NBCUniversal. Operationally, he was also responsible for HBO networks in more than 60 countries, including the launch of services in several new key markets. He has a deep vertical knowledge and experience of the domestic and international television marketplace, digital subscriptions, television operations, new channel launches, direct to consumer OTT offerings, and the revenue maximization of valuable intellectual property. In addition to his experience at HBO, Simon spent ten years in international TV at MGM, being promoted to EVP and head of the division.

Pete is the Chief Financial Officer and Co-founder of Luminary. Before joining Luminary, was a VP at The Raine Group.

Lisa Schrader is an Head of Operations and Chief of Staff at Luminary and is based in Chicago Il & New, New York City, New York. She has worked as Chief of Staff at City Of Chicago; Deputy Chief of Staff at City of Chicago, Office of Mayor Richard M. Daley; and Deputy Budget Director at City Of Chicago. Lisa studied at Archbishop Alter High School between 1986 and 1990 and Miami University between 1990 and 1994.

Mark Silverstein is a Chief Content Officer at Luminary and is based in City Metropolitan Area, New York City, New York. He has worked as Head of Business Development at HuffPost; Corporate Development and Legal Counsel (Head of Product, Tech and Policy) at Spotify; and VP - Head of Business Development and Commercialization, HuffPost and News & Information at Oath at Oath. Mark attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, University of Pennsylvania Law School, and The Wharton School.

Amanda Bulger is a Managing Partner at Yayo’s and Executive Assistant / Ops to CEO and Chief of Staff at Luminary and is based in New, York. She has worked as Consumer Operations Coordinator at Spotify; Operations Manager, Technology *Office of the CTO at WeWork; and User Engagement Culture/Operations at Spotify.
