Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures. Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation. Sweeps and mops kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards. Washes worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks and other food prep surfaces. Removes trash and places it in designated containers. Steam cleans or hoses out garbage cans. Transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Dishwasher DEPARTMENT: Food & Beverage REPORTS TO: Executive Chef & Sous Chef FLSA STATUS: Part-time Hourly, Non-Exempt ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Dishwasher position with ASM Global/Pinnacle Bank Arena. The Dishwasher maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes and keeps dish area free of clutter and organized. Ensures that the dish area is setup properly, including dish machine and sinks, in accordance with ASM's applicable standards and procedures.
