It’s a family atmosphere
The don’t do yearly reviews?
They always make us feel special on holidays by putting on potlucks or getting us a taco truck. They do a lot of extra stuff that other companies don’t!
If you have any longevity then you'll make a decent wage otherwise get a degree.
Undermanned throughout the company putting more stress on the people on the floor level doing the actual hands on work. Zero support from management.
