What You Will Do: * Oversee remote distribution and warehouse operations, executing short- and long-term strategies to improve performance, processes, and tools. * Manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock rotation, cycle counts, pick sequencing, record accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment; conduct routine audits as needed. * Reduce finished goods waste by ensuring proper product rotation and partnering with cross-functional leaders to manage at-risk inventory. * Coordinate transportation and shipping activities as needed, including supervising loading/unloading to ensure freshness, packaging, and food safety standards are met. * Enforce all safety, GMP, HACCP, food safety, security, company policies, and regulatory requirements. * Ensure materials are stored according to temperature control and food safety standards. * Manage facility operating expenses (OPEX), including 3PL handling costs, supplies, inventory, travel, and uniforms, as applicable. * Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facilities and equipment. * Ensure third-party vendors and 3PL providers meet contract and performance standards. * Supervise, train, and develop team members, including oversight of day-to-day activities of third-party logistics staff.
