Cons of working at Lutheran Life Communities
The CEO makes upwards of $700K annually, yet direct care positions keep getting eliminated. She has sold of one CCRC and closed a SNF at one community, but yet continues to bring in a high salary despite the many, many financial losses. There is no accountability at the top!!!!

It used to be 403B match (cancelled) and generous PTO (changed to multiple smaller banks) but not so much any more
