What You'll Do
The Site Team Leader role is specific to 24-hour daily Supported Community Living (SCL) sites for adults with intellectual disabilities or chronic mental health illness. This role works directly with adults to provide support, assistance, and instruction that help improve personal growth and independence.
The Site Team Leader's schedule consists of direct care hours, as well as administrative duties. They serve as a ready resource and partner with daily Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) working at the site. They may need to answer questions including, but not limited to, programming, documentation, trainings, and scheduling.
The Site Team Leader's hours are typically during weekdays, however will have some PM and weekend shifts as needed and on-call responsibilities. This role requires the ability to maintain a flexible schedule and includes an on-call weekend rotation, which requires the Site Team Leader to remain in the vicinity of the service area.

- A high school diploma or a GED, with one year of experience in a human services - related field.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Education, or another human services-related field
- An Associate's degree, with two years of human services-related experience

Position Summary
Perform customer-facing activities such as order creation for spare parts, loaner units, or exchanged equipment within multiple operating systems. Skillfully execute complex orders, billing, service/sales order management activities, as well as the efficient/effective handling and resolution of escalated issues and inquiries. Support initial complaint intake and required functions in multiple business when appropriate.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $59,000 to $85,100.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis.

The Supervisor, Claim Adjudication Operations (CAO) ensures efforts are in alignment with the CAO team to leverage technology and process improvement for the purpose of meeting the business needs of Navitus customers, clients, members and pharmacies by accurately administering benefits. This role will plan, design, coordinate and align resources to support the daily activities of the team. The Supervisor, CAO role will work closely with their team to identify, recommend, develop, implement, support, and improve customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities
How do I make an impact on my team?
Oversee roles within the Claim Adjudication Operations department to support accurate and timely configuration and data transfers of client hierarchy, benefits, and networks.
Provide superior customer service utilizing a high-touch, customer centric approach focused on collaboration and communication.
Outreach and collaborate with CAO customers/partners for day-to-day work and contribute to action plan creation.
Oversight of work on Kanban boards, meeting turnaround times and performance guarantees.
Run department Kanban board(s) and huddles, including sizing of work requests.
Resource assignment of day-to-day work, audits, and root cause analysis/CAP.
Perform 1:1s to elicit feedback from department associates, provide mentorship, discuss career development, address performance, and provide workload and project guidance.
Perform workforce management duties for direct reports, including, but not limited to, overtime needs, time out of the office and time tracking.
Apply soft skills toward team members and external stakeholders alike in understanding every point of view and coming to the table with good negotiation skills. Must have the ability to work with different personalities across all departments and understand their point of view to communicate accordingly.
Adhere to department level objectives to ensure alignment with division and company strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Job Description
The Service Center Supervisor (SCS) manages the service center and acts as a liaison between the laboratory and the local client base. * Local area primary client representative for service center location.

**Required Qualifications, Skills, & Experience**
**Minimum**
+ MD, PhD, PharmD, DO, or OD
+ 2+ years with demonstrated ability to effectively lead and coach scientific/medical colleagues at all skill and knowledge levels
+ 5+ years of experience in a field-based medical role with proven competency in customer engagement and education
+ Ophthalmology area knowledge
+ Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills, strong personal integrity, teamwork abilities (including the ability to lead a therapeutic team across a geographical area), business acumen, and focus on scientific education and dialogue
+ A thorough understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other ethical guidelines, laws, and regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical industry and its customers to ensure compliance with all external and internal guidelines and standard operating procedures
+ Ability to organize, prioritize, and work effectively in a constantly changing environment and to motivate a team to do the same
+ Desire to develop and manage a team in an environment of belonging, engagement, and empowerment by:o Working to transform the environment, culture, and business landscapeo Leveraging diversity and inclusion to ensure business value, per global diversity and inclusion strategyo Ensuring accountability to drive an inclusive cultureo Strengthening the foundational elements of diversity
**Preferred**
+ Previous experience managing professional employees, especially field-based medical personnel
+ Strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access), and ability to interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms for the collection, review, and dissemination of medical information
+ Scientific/medical research experience, including demonstrated record of scientific/medical publication

**U.S. Hybrid Work Model**

The salary range for this role is
$206,200.00 - $324,600.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
