Job Summary:
As a Supervised Visitation Worker, you will provide supervision and guidance to non-custodial parents and children in a supervised visit setting. You will supervise the visit to ensure the child's well-being, communicate visit restrictions and the contract agreement to the visiting parent(s) and observe, interpret and accurately record all client remarks during the visitation. You will role model and/or verbalize effective parenting techniques as necessary during the visitation and communicate with a program supervisor to address questions, concerns and information/messages from social workers. You will be required to complete the required documentation and relay all mandated reporting and visit concerns to designated parties. In this position, you may be required to testify in court regarding visits.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of five years' experience dealing with youth issues such as physical and sexual abuse, neglect, chemical dependency.
OR
An Associate's degree in social work, psychology or a similar field and a minimum of two years' experience.
OR
A Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or a similar field and six months of experience is preferred.
A valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and a Motor Vehicle Check.
Successfully meet the requirements of a background check.
Communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills.
Understanding of child protection issues.

Major Responsibilities
As a Child and Family Therapist, you will
Meet with individuals and families at our Minneapolis (Center for Changing Lives) and St. Paul (Eustis) Building locations. This position provides individual and / or family counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults.
Provide therapy to improve the lives of those we serve.
Support individuals desiring support in their childhood, adolescent or parenting journey.
Increase skills and tools for individuals and families that will improve their well-being and emotional connections.
Qualifications:
Education: Master's degree and LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) required. Licensure must be active and in good standing with respective Licensing Board and adhere to licensure ethics and regulations.
Training: Experience with grief, loss, attachment, anxiety, depression, trauma, and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs). Experience with and knowledge of the most current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) categories representing the range of mental health disorders.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, highly motivated, ability to multi-task and manage work duties, strong decision making, critical thinking, analytical, conflict resolution, interpersonal effectiveness, accountability, and the ability to demonstrate professional boundaries.
Travel: Must have a valid driver's license, meet insurance requirements, reliable vehicle, and be insurable under agency policy.

As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee the program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will assure each individual is provided guidance, encouragement, support, comfort, security, and safety through relationship building. You will advocate that each individual's health and wellness needs are met and that they are accomplishing their outcomes, hopes, and dreams by promoting independence in performing essential life skills. You will monitor and assure the administration of medication and medical treatments as prescribed by physicians. In this role, you will also supervise, support, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals - teaching them to be the advocates they need to be to support each individual they work with. You will develop and maintain positive working relationships with counties, families, stakeholders, and community organizations/groups. You will be required to maintain documentation, perform record keeping, and participate in periodic meetings/trainings. Although the hours for this position are primarily Monday-Friday, the expectation is that you will be available as needed for emergencies and to meet the needs of the program.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in a field related to Human Services and one year of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
An associate's degree in a field related to Human Services and two years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
A diploma in a field related to Human Services from an accredited postsecondary institution and three years of full-time work experience providing direct care services to persons with disabilities or persons age 65 and older; OR
