As a Senior Youth Worker (facility based), you will provide support, basic needs, and encouragement to youth ages birth-17 who have been placed in 24/7 shelter for care. Pay: * $21.10/hour Shift: * Part-time 29 hours/week As the Regional Coordinator, you will provide supportive services for families who are caregivers for or an older adult who is frail, chronically ill or an individual with a disability. Our Coordinators work with individuals who benefit from Caregiver services, they conduct home assessments, assigning respite volunteers to each client and monitoring their relationships. They develop and facilitate support groups, caregiver workshops and provide ongoing counseling and coaching sessions along with training and education. Pay: Annual Salary of $48,500 $3000 Hiring Bonus* As a Designated Coordinator, you will oversee the program management for homes supporting individuals with disabilities. In this role, you will assure each individual is provided guidance, encouragement, support, comfort, security, and safety through relationship building. You will advocate that each individual's health and wellness needs are met and that they are accomplishing their outcomes, hopes, and dreams by promoting independence in performing essential life skills. You will monitor and assure the administration of medication and medical treatments as prescribed by physicians. You will monitor and maintain each individual's plan and financial records per regulation and program policies and procedures. In this role, you will also supervise, support, train, and evaluate Direct Support Professionals - teaching them to be the advocates they need to be to support each individual they work with. You will be responsible for accounts payable, payroll records, petty cash/individual accounts, and budget monitoring.
