RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide English as a Second Language, vocational English and/or citizenship instruction to refugee and immigrant adults. Maintain class attendance and teach classes with the plans and materials provided. May be called on to prepare lesson plans for long-term substitute teaching assignments. Maintain regular communication with supervisor regarding availability for any upcoming subbing opportunities. Communicate with regular instructor about class content covered.
QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Education, English or related field and one year of teaching experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be enthusiastic, well-organized and reliable. Must have cross-cultural experience and an ability to communicate with limited English speakers. Must be flexible and able to teach English to beginning level students with limited previous formal education. Must successfully complete all agency background checks.

RESPONSIBILITIES : This position works closely with the Immigration Team to support clients throughout the immigration process. The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and front-desk support to program staff and clients, ensuring efficient office operations and a positive client experience. Responsibilities include scheduling, correspondence, records management, payment processing, and direct assistance to clients in person and by phone. The Administrative Assistant supports the Immigration Team by maintaining accurate client files, coordinating communications, and assisting with data entry and clerical tasks while upholding confidentiality and organizational policies.
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, document preparation, filing, copying, mail processing, and maintaining office records.
Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answering phones, greeting guests, routing calls, taking messages, and responding to basic inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, maintain Outlook calendars, make appointment reminder calls, reschedule as needed, and track no-shows according to policy.
Create, maintain, and update electronic and hard-copy client files; assist clients with intake forms and ensure accurate documentation and case notes.
Prepare, copy, mail, and securely distribute client correspondence and documents, including certified mail and client pick-up materials.
Process client payments in person and by phone, provide receipts, and assist with tracking and documentation as required.
Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
High School Diploma, or GED, is required of this position.
Knowledge of immigration law is preferred but not required.
Must be at least 18 years of age and able to successfully complete required agency background checks, is required for this position.
Bilingual skills, English/Spanish or other languages preferred.

* Assists with managing program services - Assists and supports Counselors with resident programming that may include but not be limited to installing electronic monitoring equipment, visiting residents in their homes and places of employment, and providing alcohol and urine surveillance testing.
* Monitors Facility - Conducts and documents scheduled internal and external inspections of the premises to maintain the residents' health, safety, and accountability. Ensures physical plant safety/sanitation standards are maintained.
* Maintains Working Knowledge and follows all Procedures and Policies - Outlined in the Statement of Work, Physical Plant, and Operations Manuals. Proficiency in knowledge and operations of emergency drills, life safety, facility sanitation, escapes, and unusual occurrence procedures.
* Work Schedule - In the event of a work stoppage, work the hours necessary to staff the center. Will accept reassigned shifts without advanced notice. Attend and participate in all required appointments/meetings. Some meetings/appointments may be scheduled off-site.
* Sanitation - Responsible for general housekeeping of the center, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
* Other - Additional duties may be assigned by the Director. These Programs operate with the understanding that the Federal or State Contracting Authority and/or Executive Management has the right to modify their operating standards, to include staffing requirements and qualifications, as needed, to ensure the quality and continuation of services. These changes may affect your qualifications for continued employment in this specific job category or classification.

RESPONSIBILITIES: The Placement Support Specialist provides support and guidance to families licensed as foster or kinship families by the Department of Social Services (DSS). The Specialist works directly with families who are providing care to youth in their home or are waiting to provide care. PATH clinicians provide professional mental health services in schools to students in grades kindergarten through 12th in the Sioux Empire United Way area. RESPONSIBILITIES: A successful candidate will provide exceptional support to young adults with serious mental health needs. This role will teach clients (ages 18-21) life skills that will help them live in the community. In this position you will assist clients with moving in and out of apartments as needed. You will also teach clients daily living skills and transport clients to work or appointments in the community as needed. A qualified applicant will provide direct client care, maintain/model appropriate boundaries, and teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills. Complete reports and documentation as necessary. Additionally, you will be trained as a medication aide and will be responsible for clients' daily medication administration.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a High School Diploma, or GED required.
Bachelor's or some secondary education preferred.
Experience working with youth and teens, preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
Requires a valid driver's license/auto-insurance or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.

QUALIFICATIONS: Currently enrolled a college program requiring an internship. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. The residential worker position requires a high school diploma or GED required.
