Previously, Mr. Hecht was a Senior Vice President of Business Development and Strategy for World Fuel Services (NYSE: INT), a Fortune 100 company. Prior to World Fuel, Mr. Hecht was an Executive Director in the investment banking group at Morgan Stanley, among other positions of increasing seniority he held within the investment banking industry. He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Deloitte and later as a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney with Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Hecht has experience with large cap companies as well as earlier stage private companies undergoing significant capital raises or organizational transformations. Most recently, at Luxury Brand Partners, Mr. Hecht spearheaded a $50 million private equity investment to fund new direct-to-consumer brand development.
